Terms of Service

FleetLobby ("FleetLobby", "we", "us") is the service available at fleetlobby.com and app.fleetlobby.com. You can reach us through the support form.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done under your account.

An account owner may invite team members as sub-users. The owner controls what each sub-user can see, and remains responsible for their use of the service.

FleetLobby is currently available without charge. Billing and usage restrictions are not enforced. If paid plans are introduced later, we will publish the applicable price and updated terms before charging you.

You may stop using FleetLobby at any time. There is currently no paid subscription to cancel.

You may delete your account from your account settings. Deleting your account deactivates it immediately, signs you out on every device, and closes any sub-user accounts you own. Contact support if you also want to request erasure of retained account data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where practical we will tell you first.

You keep all rights to the vehicle, financial and operational records you enter, and to the files you upload. You grant us only the permission we need to host, process, back up and display that content in order to run the service for you.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you connect a mailbox, you authorise FleetLobby to access matching Turo emails only to import and update the trip records you request and maintain compatibility when Turo changes its email templates. Authenticated Turo email text and HTML may be stored encrypted for the limited period stated in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect it at any time. Disconnecting stops future sync but does not remove trip records already imported. If you separately enable support review, authorised FleetLobby administrators may review retained Turo trip email HTML for import troubleshooting and template mapping during the temporary compatibility program. Every view and correction is recorded, and you may disable that access at any time.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful content, malware, or material you have no right to share.
• Attempt to access another account, or data you have not been given access to.
• Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties outside your own team.
• Reverse engineer or copy the service except where the law permits it.

We work to keep FleetLobby available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors beyond our control can cause downtime. Support is offered through the support form.

FleetLobby records and reports the figures you enter. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and its calculations and exports are not a substitute for a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your own filings and for verifying the figures before relying on them.

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify account owners by email. Continuing to use FleetLobby after a change means you accept it.

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
